At SNIP (Spay Neuter International Project) we approach animal welfare and rescue programs very differently from traditional rescue organizations. We promote low-cost spay and neuter services for dogs and cats as the only humane way to control companion animal population in developing countries, such as Costa Rica and Panama, with special emphasis on prevention and education on responsible pet ownership. We are a young, dynamic and cost effective organization that stands out for improving lives of dogs and cats in developing nations.
